House Policies: To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules: No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies. Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all. Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.
Location Disclosure: Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities. Guest Count: Ensure that the number of guests is correctly indicated in your booking. Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts. Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout. Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator. No commercial photography and filming allowed. We not refund due to loss of service from all 3rd party utility companies to include but not limited to: electric, water, cable, internet, sewer. Anything inoperable, broke, or loss of utility must be reported immediately to the owner.

Perfect location for a girls weekend - easy walk to restaurants, shops, etc. The house was beautifully appointed and had everything you'd need from irons in the closets to everything you'd want in a kitchen. 10/10 for ambiance and 2 great outside seating areas.
Girls trip and the house was perfect! We walked everywhere. Access to coffee shops, convenient markets, restaurant's, shopping and all of the sites! The house is fully stocked with everything you need. The communication from the management company was super responsive and appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!
