Our stay was great! The location was perfect - close to Night Heron park and the beach where we spent the majority of our time. The property was as described in the listing and very comfortable for our family. Having coffee on the screened in porch in the morning we experienced seeing birds, alligators, and deer! Being able to utilize the resort amenities was an added bonus! Communication with the property owner was amazing - very prompt and helped to resolve an issue with receiving the check-in instructions from the resort. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing condo with great amenities!

This was our second visit to the condo and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We love the screened in porch where we can watch for all sorts of wildlife (we saw alligators, herons, turtles and more). Plus, the added bonus of being able to use the Night Heron Pool is fantastic if you have kids (or if you don't!). We love going there late in the day and grabbing a snack before coming home. And of course, the condo is a perfect distance from the beach. We typically bike there, which is wonderful on the Kiawah trails. And the owner was super responsive. Great trip!

This villa is exactly as described on the website. It’s very conveniently located to Heron park as well as the beach, even with a 2 and 4 yr old piggyback on a bike.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay! We felt the unit was the perfect size and very clean. It felt very much like a home away from home. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened in back porch overlooking the pond. We saw a few gators, turtles and flying fish! Location was perfect and an easy bike ride to night heron park and pool and easy walk or bike ride beach access. We will definitely be back to this villa!

Great Kiawah Tennis Villa

We visit Kiawah for a week every year, and we usually try to stay in East Beach area, as my kids could spend all day at the night heron pool and slides, so we HAVE to stay in a villa with resort amenities! This tennis villa was very comfortable and maybe the cleanest Kiawah unit we have rented so far! My kids loved watching the wildlife from the back porch, we saw little gators, turtles, blue herons and snowy egrets and deer! All from the comfort of the back porch! This unit is well appointed and a quick bike ride to both the beach and night heron park and pool! Will definitely stay here again! Wonderful Kiawah villa! Thank you so much!

Great location with resort amenities!

Great location with a short walk to the beach and access to Night Heron pool and all the other great resort amenities. 1st floor unit, screened porch, limited TV channels (no cable, only streaming access). Property is dated, washer/dryer is on it’s last leg and prob already scheduled for replacement. But the unit is clean, has good space, and we had a great time!

Our stay was perfect!

The villa was clean and had plenty of room for the four of us! The porch was perfect for sitting and reading a book and eating meals. The beach is lovely with lots of room to spread out. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the resort. My friends and I explored Charleston and Savannah which was lots of fun. There is a grocery store close by (roughly 15 minutes away). The beach is about 5-minute walk from the villa (Boardwalk 27). We ate at the Ryder Cup Bar on our last night and it was so tasty. I already can't wait to come visit again!

Great place near the Sanctuary and close to beach access.

we enjoyed our trip very much. The condo was nice, quiet and close to The Sanctuary and beach. Only part that was not very good was that we got no communication from the property management about check in process , so I had to message the host via VRBO and she directed us to where we needed to go to check in. Overall a great experience!

Lovely Kiawah condo

East Beach Rental

Overall the rental was good. A bit dated and could use new furniture. Couch cushions were worn down and not comfortable. Overall cleanliness was good but there were numerous stains on the carpeting in both bedrooms. Condo needs an overall remodel.

Great condo. Nice kitchen, spacious rooms, great washer dryer. Private, quiet, convenient location. Nice outdoor space and furniture to relax. I would recommend new mattress in master. Property manager responded very promptly.
