This hotel is new and everything is beautiful (property, common areas, room) but the entire place (hallway, stairwell, and most importantly, room) smells like wet dog or dog pee (or both). The hotel is obviously pet friendly (which is great for those who need that), but the smell is very noticeable when you walk into your room or down the hall.

Room was nice. Loved having the kitchen. Room had bit of a smell and couldn’t get the hot water to work in shower. Be aware there isn’t enough parking so you may have to park across street.

This hotel was very clean. The staff and service were very pleasant, always ready to help if anything was needed. Thank you! One minus — the reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because the air conditioner blows directly towards the bed. If you want to leave it on overnight, even at the lowest setting, you’ll get cold air blowing on you, which can lead to getting sick or feeling cold.

Great location, wonderful staff, wonderful place.

The desk staff were so pleasant and friendly! The bed was the most comfortable bed I've had my entire 6 week trip! The kitchen was perfect. Nice large TV. The staff obviously prioritize cleaning but I think perhaps they could find cleaners with less odors... I always like to walk in and not smell anything ... vs cleaners odors... but I understand that they really care about keeping everything clean and they do a great job with that! The location was great! Right off the bridge to the city so it's only 5 min. to the city. You get so much more for your money. Plus Mt. Pleasant has a lot of great places to see and many great food options. I would definitely stay there again! The coffee in lobby was great too!
