Folly Beach, South Carolina

For the summer season, rentals are 7 days Sunday to Sunday (no fighting Saturday traffic getting in and out).
This is a top floor oceanfront condo with views all the way down to Kiawah. There are 2 parts to the balcony, glass enclosed and open with access from the living room and master bedroom. The master bath has double sinks and a jacuzzi tub. The other bedrooms each have their own bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have queen beds and dressers and the 3rd has 2 twin beds. The living room had a 42 inch LCD TV with DVD and satellite. The unit has all appliances, central HVAC, a covered parking spot, dining for 6, and ceiling fans throughout. The elevator opens right in front of the entry door. A storage room is in the parking lot. Linens and towels are provided and there is a laundry room with a front loading washer/dryer set. Trash and recycling are in the parking lot.
Seacoast Villas is only 2 blocks from the restaurants, bars, shops, and pier. It is close to downtown Charleston, James Island County Park, and the municipal golf course. WIFI is provided. Smoking is allowed outside the unit only. No pets.
Checkout time is 10:30 AM and checkin time is 4 PM.

Amazing View

We loved our visit to folly beach. This condo is just as described and cozy. The beds are very comfortable. Very well stocked and there were lots of extras like games and beach equipment. The owner was very nice and responded to my questions quickly. Will definitely stay here again.

Great space for families with teenagers!

We have visited Folly many times over the last 20 years. This was, by far, the best location we have found. The condo is very near a beach station. The road to cross the beach is one way and very quiet so you dont have to play frogger with your beach supplies. The condo is close enough to Center St. to safely walk to all the attractions and restaurants. The space is great. The dining table is big rnough for a family meal and the living room is very comfortable. Dishes, pans, and utensils are avaliable in the kitchen. I could watch the kids on the beach from the balconies! There is some noticeable age in some spots but thats to be expected so close to the ocean. Nothing was too terrible.Our teenagers enjoyed having their own en suite bathrooms. There was argument over who got the room with the queen bed but thats teens for you. Beach towels, beach chairs, and even some kites were provided. We brought a tent and some extra towels. There were plenty of extra blankets available.

Folly Beach Vacation

This was a great beach front condo. It was clean and comfortable and had plenty of space for six adults. Having three bathrooms was a plus. The location was ideal--several great restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance. We loved the views and watching the parade of pelicans. I hope we get a chance to stay here again.

Condo 9 wonderful view

The only thing wrong was I turned the oven broiler on and it started sparking fire out. I turned off and after it cooled I checked it out and apparently someone had used it and food popped all over the element and it has never been cleaned. We never used it again. Other than that it was great, would stay again in future

Fantastic Triple A Stay!

You will want to mark this outstanding rental for return visits! Oceanfront, the wide and gorgeous beach mere steps away, the best of Folly in walking distance. Panoramic views from inside the covered porch or the roomy deck right off the master bedroom. We saw the Milky Way in the star-studded sky the last night! Lovely, super clean, well-maintained and spacious condo, all three bedrooms have their own full bath. Very safe area, elevator takes you from your car in the parking garage to the front door of the condo. A breeze to check in and out. Host very accommodating and responsive. We totally enjoyed our stay and feel super lucky to have found this place!

Perfect view, location and space

What a delightful experience. Our son surfed all week and we were able to enjoy the peaceful view right from the deck. Not to mention three bedrooms and close to town. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing property, perfect location. Easy very short walk to the beach. Everything was clean, there were plenty of bath towels. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. The view was perfect!

Great -- in spite of unexpected construction!

My husband and I, with my sister and her husband stayed in this top floor condo facing Folly Beach for a 3-day getaway. The place was perfect for us. The only problem was that discovery of water leaks on the roof of the HOA forced management to extend the construction period on the building. They had just finished re-siding many of the units, and the owner had been told that the project was complete for our unit. He was as surprised as we were that construction had continued. Our communication with him was hindered because his dog had serious surgery. Because of the inconvenience of hammering above us, inability to use the outside deck, painting of the inside porch, and scaffolding on both sides of the unit with legs dangling down in front of the view, he graciously returned to us a significant portion of the rental fee. We had wonderful access to the beach and collected many shells, ate lunch on the pier, and made several trips into Charleston for meals. The location was great and we may return at a later time to fully enjoy the unit,

February Getaway

We loved our time at the Seacoast Villas condo. It was clean, well stocked for our needs, and the oceanfront view was fantastic. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants if we wanted. There was some construction happening, and Robert was in constant communication with us to make sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible. He’s a great host.

Lovely location

The location was fabulous. Loved the layout of the unit and the glass enclosed porch. Overall the unit was clean though the kitchen could use some attention
. the fry pans are dingy with minimal ‘no stick’ coating and the inside of the cabinets could use a good cleaning. The unit was supposed to have beach towels so we didn’t bring any and there were none in any of the closets. The beach chairs were very rusted and one was totally inoperable. Despite these things we enjoyed our stay and loved the unit.

Girls get away

We loved our condo and the view was great. It was clean and had everything we needed. We come for the Taste of Folly but that was cancelled due to rain so we chilled out in the room. Walk to restaurant and shops was so easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Christmas Gathering

We have family in the area and then family from the Midwest and Florida. We merged together in Folly Beach! My son got engaged the first night we were there and so we were able to celebrate with both families one night since the space was so accommodating to it !Everyone had a fantastic time. Rob was responsive when needed !

Every other year Family Thanksgiving Beach Retreat

As we did the first time, we LOVED staying at this property. It is wonderful. The property itself, the views, and the location are all super. Would stay there again and would strongly recommend. A couple of notes: Sliding door in primary bedroom was off guides and not openable; we were able to place back in track. Tub in hall-accessible bath drains very slowly and has caused mildew to grow on shower curtain. Primary bath could use recaulking. Washer had a bit of mildew and odor in in and around it. None of the utility knives in the kitchen are sharp enough to use.

Mother & Daughters Girls Trip

This was my first time staying at a VRBO. Our stay was perfect. The place was clean, well stocked, and was in a great location with a fantastic view. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. As far as being well stocked, it had everything you would need. IThank you gout sharing your home!

Annual sister's trip

We were looking for places to stay in Charleston, ultimately decided to stay in Folly Beach. So glad we did. Beautiful beach view, lots of stores and restaurants close by. We had an issue with our TV and the host came over and took care of it for us right away. We would definitely stay here again.
