A charming cottage located in the heart of Shem Creek just over the bridge in Mt. Pleasant. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms each with queen size beds and one bathroom. Living area opens into the kitchen with a dining table for four and coastal chic decor. Enjoy the spacious yard while dining al fresco or walk to one of the great restaurants near by. Located a block from the waters of Shem Creek and you can rent kayaks and paddle boards right at the waters edge. In a 4 block radius there are 18 restaurants and bars, 2 coffee shops, a beverage super store, a farmers market, and 2 antique malls. The heart of downtown Charleston is a 12 minute drive and the beach at Sullivan's Island is 3 miles away. The Historic district of the Old Village is walking distance and offers many beautiful antebellum homes, several nice shops and a first class restaurant.
