You'll be close to local eateries, boutique shops, coffee spots, and all the best that downtown Charleston has to offer.
This home features an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area that's flooded with natural light. The two king bedrooms are each complete with their own custom-tiled ensuite bathrooms, offering both luxury and privacy. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a queen Murphy bed.

Great stay in Charleston

Another couple went with us to Charleston for a vacation. This place was perfect for us as we each had our own en-suite bathroom. The location was very convenient to everything which made it quite easy to get around. The beds were quite comfortable as well. It was a great stay at Spring Street! I would highly recommend for a visit to Charleston.

Nice place in a great location.

Perfect for family visit to charleston. Very clean and spacious 2 bedroom apt for such a good price and close to town. Convenient to downtown charleston, and also close to the highways out of town. This unit is on 2nd floor so just need to carry suitcases and bags up a flight of stairs.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and very aesthetic location. We were able to walk to food and shopping. The walls are thin and the individuals beside us were really loud the first night, but having the noise canceling machines in each room helped. We would definitely stay here again.

3rd Visit to Charleston

The accommodations were very comfortable, updated ammenties and clean. perfectly located for a walk to King St restaurants and the Harbor. Great bagel place on Spring St for an inexpensive breakfast. The only issue the bathroom Vanity sinks water pressure very low which was annoying and noise from the other occupants-thin walls we could hear the music and conversation. I would book again.

Stairs!

The rental was in a very convenient location, and everything was decorated lovely. However, there is a long, steep staircase to get to the room which we did not know about, and no elevator. This made it very difficult for my in-laws who are in their 70s. They had to carry their luggage up the stairs before we got there. Also, the water pressure in the bathroom sinks is almost nonexistent. We finally started using the kitchen sink to wash up or brush our teeth. The parking lot is very tight, but free. Just leave time for maneuvering. Other than that, the space was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located.

Friends weekend getaway

My husband and I wanted to show our close friends the beautiful highlights of Charleston. Our townhouse was perfect. Was clean, bright and beautiful. Walls were a bit thin and we could hear guests a few times but nothing we couldn’t deal with. Would highly recommend!

Well-appointed comfortable apartment

We used the apartment for mother/daughter get away. Three of had plenty of space to relax and unwind after sightseeing. The apartment is well-appointed and is exactly as represented. The kitchen and two bathrooms are nicely remodeled and modern. The beds and linens are nice and comfortable. We appreciated having a washer/dryer in the unit. Had a little trouble with the tv but management responded immediately and it was a quick fix. Would’ve given 5 stars for cleanliness except that the sinks in one bathroom had not been cleaned, and the upholstered headboard in that bedroom had some kind of red sauce splattered on it. The only real complaint is one mentioned in other reviews - the soundproofing in the building is poor. We brought ear plugs and used the provided sound machines in each bedroom, so sleeping was okay, but noise during the day and evening was disturbing. All-in-all, we enjoyed our stay and thought the location was great!

Great Stay

Short Walk to bars and restaurants and about a mile walk to the center of all the action. Parking spot was great to have too! Place was clean and bright with comfortable beds. Small bed and bathrooms, but nicely done.

Fabulous trip to Charleston

This was a first trip to Charleston and it was an amazing trip. Having a great home base is always key for a great trip and Guesthouse Charleston provided. The apartment was beautiful, clean and central to exploring downtown Charleston. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the white noise machines were handy for a good night's sleep. The unit we were in is upstairs, so be aware. I dropped an earring under a dresser in the bedroom, and it was spotless under there, so kudos to the cleaning staff. Very easy to check in and out. Loved being able to walk up and down King street.

Great location and very comfortable

My sister and I visited from out of town. She from Los Angeles and I from Atlanta. We were interested in a place that was close to the historic district but not in the middle it. It is 1.25 miles from City Market and 2 miles from The Battery. We love walking so it was perfect. I think we walked 10 miles our first day there. The neighborhood is close to numerous great restaurants and bars. There is an excellent coffee shop/cafe right across the street from the property. The property was clean, well outfitted, and roomy. I would definitely return.

Cute loft but loud neighborhood

Photos were accurate as to actual appearance of property; however, the neighborhood and extremely close proximity to neighbors was not. There is a bar across the street from the unit that plays loud music until 2am. This is a multi-unit property with 4 spaces inside 1 house, a house accommodating larger parties across the courtyard and also on the other side of a door in the kitchen. We checked in Friday and checked out Tuesday. Friday evening, there were 2 bachelorette parties in the house across the courtyard and in the house on the other side of the kitchen door, and both groups of ladies were very loud, very drunk, and kept us up, even though the property warns that quiet hours start at 9pm on the listing and on signs inside the unit. I complained to the property was assured via text that both parties were warned to keep it down. The ladies were much more tame Saturday night, with the house across courtyard quieting down at 11pm after the 2 male strippers left, and the party on other side of kitchen door quieting down after they left for the night at 11:30pm. While the listing warns that no parties allowed, guests were very much getting away with having parties. The unit is also an older house with wood floors, so you hear every step that your neighbor makes if neighbor has shoes that are not sneakers on their feet. Other than these issues, the unit was clean, the wifi was strong, and the neighborhood was walkable with lots of restaurants and shops. Parking lot is VERY tight so have confidence if you drive in and park an SUV.

Spacious accommodations, great location

We had a great four-night stay. Everything was clean and there was plenty of room to relax. For what we wanted to do, the location was great - convenient to the highway and SO many good restaurants nearby! The only thing I would say to someone considering staying here is that you can definitely hear your neighbors. But the sound machines are helpful if people stay up late or get up early. I would absolutely stay here again - the property manager was super responsive when we had one minor issue upon arrival.

Great stay, just as advertised. Wonderful apartment in walking distance of everything. About 20 minutes walk from the battery, near restaurants and shopping. Clear parking and check-in process, check out, and communications during stay. Thank you and we'll definitely be back.
