A lot of options for food at breakfast and room was very clean. However I did not get any sleep. Fire alarm kept going off through out night. This was not a prankster. Was a defective unit on floor 11. Also coffee machine in room was broken. Not helpful after no sleep

The room looked like it hadn’t been mopped. Our room was beside the workout room and it was a 24 hour workout room. Very loud! The view from the rooftop bar is beautiful!

Very pleased

I booked this hotel because of its proximity to MUSC. We needed a place to stay because I had several medical test ordered over two days. The hotel itself was very nice, updated and clean. The beds were just okay. (We don’t like a super soft mattress and they were only doubles and not queens.) Honestly that’s the only minor complaint we had about the room. We did grab quick appetizers for snacks the first afternoon and my husband and adult daughter ate the breakfast on check out day. The view is amazing! The food was good. I don’t know if the breakfast buffet is worth the higher price, but I prepaid for it through Hotels.com and got a MUCH better rate. One thing I think the hotel needs to work on is sprucing up the exterior. The outside does not at all portray the nice, clean decor that we found in the hallways, lobby, rooms and restaurant. I’m hoping this is next on their list of improvements. Because it’s the only thing keeping us from rating it a little bit higher. We would definitely book here again!
