It was a great experience! Front desk staff was very polite and gave all the required info! Room was very clean and we liked it. Room had all the required furniture and very nice look. Location of hotel is perfect! Morning breakfast was very nice and there were multiple options to eat.

Breakfast was horrible and serving staff were beyond frustrated and rude on our first morning (Nov 23). The lady on the 24th was nice but nonetheless the food was horrible. We did like the gluten free options but the other items were subpar. The food was completely empty by 8:40 and the fruit was rotten. The cleaning ladies were very nice as well as the woman who checked us in, the rest of the front desk were frustrated with their jobs. Bedding and towels were clean but the bathroom was not. Overall below average stay and would not return to a Holiday Inn in this area.
