Our overall feel of the property was that it was clean and private. We stayed with our two kids so four of us total and we were comfortable. There was a metal frame and foam mattress folded up in the closet which easily fit in front of the king sized bed with walking room around it to the other side of the bed. I appreciate the property manager kept us informed before check in, they had a little problem with the A/C and the technician was still on premises to fix it. We arrived at 4 and they were just cleaning up. But having been aware beforehand we were able to be flexible with our plans. I gave four stars for cleanliness only bc the griddle was not clean from the previous people. We didnât use it bc of this. I gave four stars for property because the mosquitos were unreal. The overhead fan on the porch was not enough to keep these bloodsuckers at bay and we were run inside each night with several bites. They did have citronella candles for us but they did little to stop those thirsty bugs. I also would note for being a family of four we would have liked four plates, four forks and four spoons. We had three plates and had to get creative with serving dinner. We ate most nights out at local restaurants, California Dreaming which was really close and overlooks the docks/harbor. We loved Redâs Ice Box and the tuna nachos. The one night we ate in and ordered pizza from Rayâs pizza only 1 mile from the house. We picked up and the Vodka Rigatoni was so delicious!
