Isle of Palms - 3rd Floor Ocean Front with Private Balcony, Pool, and Pier

Best views on the Isle of Palms and one of the nicest remodeled units in the Sea Cabin complex. This small one bedroom 3rd floor end unit has superior ocean views with no neighbors above or on bedroom side. The condo is perfect for a small family or couples retreat. (See Floor plan picture). The Sea Cabin Condos are located on Ocean Boulevard with restaurants, shops, and entertainment all within walking distance. This condo is located on the beach side of the road just steps away from the ocean. You also have two dedicated beach side parking spots included with this unit. Enjoy fishing from the private pier or swimming in the large private oceanfront pool. Laid back Island living (voted one of the top 10 beaches in the South by Southern Living Magazine) just minutes away from historic downtown Charleston (voted the best tourist city in the US by Travel + Leisure magazine in 2020 - 8 years in a row).

Condo Updates for 2021: New Queen Serta pillow top mattress and new Bassett sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress purchased by owners in 2021.

Additional Info and FAQ’s:
- We have contactless check-in and check out with coded door locks.
- Our condo is located on the 3rd floor and the Sea Cabin complex does not have elevators.
- Condo has a secure wireless internet connection and Comcast Xfinity HD cable in living room and bedroom.
- Beach chair, umbrella, and bike rentals are available though local vendors (in season). Just search online for beach chair rentals and give them a call or reserve online. We recommend reserving in advance during beach season.
- Condo info booklet and a starters guide to Charleston and the IOP are located in the unit for your convenience.
- Coin operated washers and dryers are on premises, but not in condo.
- No smoking and no pets in this unit please.

We liked the sea cabin very much. Being on the third floor gave us a great view of the beach. We were there for two months. The apartment itself was fine but there was construction going on the whole 2 months. The roofs were being replaced on all the buildings and the support posts underneath the buildings were also being replaced. A lot of noise and disruption. Wish we had been forewarned about it. Otherwise, it was good.

This was an excellent property to stay at. It was clean, beautiful beach view, good area for restaurants & shopping, not far from Charleston- about 1/2 hour. The owner was great as well, answered any questions we had. We definitely rent again.

This was ABSOLUTELY the cleanest rental condo I've ever stayed in!!!!! Everything was spotless!!! NO greasy-skin smell on the pillows or pillowcases - that is a smell that I can detect when others don't even notice it. They were super fresh!!!! The towels were also very clean and fresh smelling. Also, there was NO old urine smell in the bathroom at all! That is also a smell that grosses me out and nauseates me! Cleanliness means everything to me, and this condo was super clean!!! Oh - the bed was very comfortable too! If I get to stay at IOP again, I will definitely rent this condo if it's available!!!!

Very clean. Well-stocked kitchen. Lots of towels were provided. The condo is small, but it was plenty of room for the two of us. The private dock is a nice perk. The bunk beds are in the hallway, but there is a door to close it off from the living room and kitchen. Very smart design.

An absolutely amazing stay for a few nights, could not say anything better about the condo and host. Flexible with check in, condo was well equipped with everything we needed, and so close to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store etc! Plus having the pool and private access to the beach was a huge bonus. Don’t be fooled, this condo could definitely entertain a small family!Will absolutely plan to stay here again in the future.
