We chose this location for convenience and price. They do have breakfast but make sure you get there early. We parked a boat and trailer in the parking lot at no extra charge. Room was nice, just remember you are in Charleston by the mash so the room will feel damp unless you turn down the AC. Loved staying next to the docks!

The room was clean enough but there were actual cockroaches both on the floor dead (not sure how they weren’t found in clear open space of floor if cleaned) and also crawling around in the king bed while one of our party was taking a nap. The location is great but this was a “would not stay again” situation unless they ensured better cleanliness and didn’t have cockroaches..

I booked a room with 2 double beds and they gave me a room with one bed. The bed was hard, the ac didn't work properly and the carpet always felt wet. The lobby is the nicest place in the hotel.

The property was nasty and didn’t lol like the La Quinta. Door was hanging up by 1 nail. Room was gross. There were no towels whatsoever. They say they were waiting on La Quinta to get there with towels. They have a place next door that they store people. The property is run down. Whatever you do don’t allow them to put you on the add on building. It’s nothing like the real La Quinta. Not sure what this was. Gave motel 6 vibes and you have to pay to park on property

I really liked the location of this property as it was conveniently close to the highway and nearby attractions. I liked the views from the hotel as one side overlooked a marina and the other overlooked the bridge. We initially booked a room with a queen sized bed. Check in was easy and quick. Arriving to our room, we went to unlock the door but found that neither key worked. I went back to the front desk with the keys and spoke to the receptionist. She checked that the keys were assigned to the room, and asked me the color of light that occurred when trying the door. I informed her that it was red and she proceeded to send a gentleman back with me and the keys. He received the same result with the door and went back to the desk. A third person comes and informs us that we're being moved to a different room. We travel back to the front desk, a building over, and get our new room assignment. We opened the door to a room with two full sized beds. This was a bit disappointing as it wasn't what we booked at all, or anywhere similar. Not wanting to further inconvenience the staff, we accepted the room as it took about 50 minutes from the check in process to the relocation. We went to put our drinks in the fridge and were a bit disappointed to see that there wasn't a minifridge in the room. I've stayed at many hotels in the past, and I must say that I've never stayed in one that didn't include a fridge of some sort. This was the worst hotel stay I've had, so far, in my life.
