The Space:
This is a 2BR/2BA condo within a 6BR house. Everything pictured is private to this listing, besides the porch and the driveway. This home was completely renovated using high-end materials, so while you maybe sharing the house with other groups you will never know they were there!

The Neighborhood:

With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Wonderful stay. Great location
 easy walk to attractions. Neighborhood felt very safe. There are lots of younger folks around (colleges nearby). Lots of restaurants on King and Meeting which is a very short walk. Loved that they provided little white noise machines which help with any street noise.. which wasn’t an issue. The property is updated and very cute. Loved the scented toiletries provided-rum body wash, peppermint shampoo, cinnamon conditioner. Coffee provided made it easy as well
 love the Nespresso coffee machine. Furniture was comfortable and smart TVs allowed us to sign in and watch the MLB playoffs. The host was awesome
making sure we were all set and was readily available if we needed anything. Keypad on the door made it easy to get checked in. Beds were comfy and the place was clean. Air conditioning worked great. Can’t think of anything they could do to improve it.

Memorial weekend 2025

We have a wonderful visit and loved our bright and open unit in a classic Charleston house. Quiet neighborhood but easy walk to everything in the downtown and historic district. Many thanks to our host.

Great spot in Charleston

We really enjoyed our stay, the location is great for all activities on King Street, it's just a short walk. The home was very clean, had everything we needed for a great stay. One word of caution on the parking. The parking for the unit is very tight and you have to travel down a narrow driveway to get to it. We were able to get our large SUV into the parking spot, but due to the very small parking space, were not able to get the vehicle out until the car parked next to us was moved.

Best house & host!!!!

The host was so attentive and sweet. We had the best time in this house. We were beyond surprised with how nice it was upon arrival as rentals typically look better online. 10/10 experience - We will be back very soon !

An extra night

This place was super cute and comfortable! The layout was nice and the beds were great! Wish there a little more sound buffer between the units, didn't know there was another apartment next door until the morning. We would have been a little more quiet upon checking in if we had known. Otherwise, the area was super convenient to everything. I will for sure stay here again.

Worth a look

Great location. Loved how the condo is 15 minute walk to the restaurants and bars on King Street, yet it is a 10-minute Uber ride to the Market Street area. The condo is as it appears in the photos and is clean with the basics of what is needed for a 1 or 2 night stay. Bring your own creamer if you want it for coffee (there are grinds and sugar). More towel hooks and instructions on how to use the mini split AC’s would be appreciated. Careful, there might be a block party in which you hear VERY loud music until 4 am. There are white noise machines in the bedrooms but sadly they did not help.

Cute place!!

Great location! Very cute and unique place! Beds were super comfortable! We only have a few negatives. The parking is super super tight. The living room is a little difficult to sit comfortably with 4 people. And the water pressure in the showers are not good. But I would absolutely stay here again! I am just trying to be very transparent, but overall it is a very cool place!

Went to Charleston to celebrate a 60th birthday and had a wonderful time! The property is in walking distance of everything! The management company was extremely responsive and keeps the property clean and maintained.

A Wonderful Ling Weekend

This property is well appointed with a great downtown location. It’s close enough to upper King Street but with a two block buffer giving access but a bit more peace and quiet. We appreciated that both bedrooms had king beds.

Beautiful remodel

Unit is beautifully remodeled and sparkling clean upon arrival. It was great to have one parking spot assigned to us behind the house. Beds were comfy and living area was nice to hang out in. Street noise can be very loud ( college kids having fun) on weekends so I would consider that if that is something that bothers you. Also, units are not well insulated and it often feels like the renters in other unit are basically in your own ! We have stayed in many rentals, I was surprised that there wasn’t even water bottles in fridge. Some suggestions; umbrellas for rainy days, water/snack upon arrival, perhaps extra blankets for beds. The location was great for walking to King and Meeting streets. We love to walk so that aspect was great. We had a great visit in Charleston.

Great time

We had a great time! Everything is within walking distance
 any farther way from King St would have been difficult. We walked most places and it was great weather. We had a little trouble with the air the first night and the staff explained how to operate the remote via a phone call and that did help. Temperatures where nice after that call. There is a small gap in the window in the first bedroom that did not affect the room temp, and we where there in the off season. I would assume in the hotter weather that would be letting in too much outside heat. That also allowed too much noise from the cars outside. Our friends wear earplugs to sleep so they where ok with it. We loved the coffee and the sweet vibe to sit and visit. It was very clean and bright throughout. The 2 bathrooms where great for guest to have our own bathrooms. Parking was tight, but really does work. Thank you for a wonderful place to experience Charleston!
