This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

Beautiful Remodeled House

I rented this house for a bachelorette group, and we were very pleased with the house and location. We were able to book for an earlier check-in, which aligned better with our arrival, and the property owner was very responsive. The location is within walking distance to the local area with nearby convenience stores for any necessities. There is a steep staircase to get up to apartment B, so it's not for the faint of heart as far as walking. The home has been beautifully remodeled, although the picture of the front porch/balcony did not match exactly what we were expecting, but it was still lovely to sit out in the breeze. Every bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer and toiletries. The home also comes stocked with paper products and coffee, which was a nice surprise. I would recommend this property and would gladly stay again if needed!

Shared 70th birthday celebration

6 college friends gathered from across the country. We enjoyed the very attractive & mostly functional renovation of the old building. Fabulous to have 5 bathrooms. Underwhelmed by water pressure & time required for hot water delivery. Photos provide accurate images. Entry steps from street level up to unit should be mentioned in description of property. We managed them, but grocery delivery service felt challenged. Property management was consistently the quickest & most responsive I have ever worked with.

The house was clean and well stocked. The porch area could use some work as the furniture out there was worn with several burn holes in the couch.The listing should also mention the 30 stairs you have to walk up to enter. The showers were pretty but the water pressure was terrible.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming house in downtown Charleston! The location is perfect—walking distance to shops and restaurants. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely outdoor space. Our host was attentive and provided great local tips. Highly recommend this rental.

Wedding Weekend

We came down for a small weeding a some of our friends stayed in the house with us. Everyone loved the house. Creative way they opened up the living room/kitchen, and they made good use of the bedroom spaces. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked which will make or break a rental experience. Great location with several surrounding businesses to take advantage of. We loved Bad Bunnies Coffee and Pinot and Provisions. The only negative was the master bedroom at the top of the stairs to the left got hot during the day and took the longest to cool down at night. all the rest of the rooms were good so this one may have just been on the end of the line.

Southern girls trip

We had such an amazing stay at this property. There was a total of seven women and the house accommodated us perfectly. The house is beautiful, super clean, plenty of space and in a perfect location.
