This apartment is right on Rutledge Avenue in the front on the property. It is easy walking distance to all places on upper King, the hub of Charleston`s top restaurants and nightlife.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and utensils. There`s also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

The 2 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Great weekend spot on Rutledge

The rental was as advertised and located in a quieter neighborhood. Still within walking distance of local restaurants and cafes and not far from King St. The front porch was a great spot to hang out.

Beautiful and comfortable in a great location.

My husband and I stayed during the Charleston Wine and Food Festival and found the location within walking distance to many venues.The home is well decorated with very comforting furnishings. My only wish was for wine glasses but after day one of the festival, we had our own!I will not hesitate to return and to recommend!

Awesome Place!

The unit was beautiful and clean, with easy entry, and the location is close to King St. and other activities. We had everything we needed to do a load of laundry, and run the dish washer. One word of caution, the dinner plates have a metallic ring on them, so don't put in the microwave!
