As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.
đ« This is a 100% smoke-free property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Streetâs dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:
âïž A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
âïž Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
âïž We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
âïž By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.

Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.

We had the absolute best weekend staying at this condo in Charleston! Our group of women was in town for a girlsâ getaway, and this place could not have been more perfect for us.The location was fantasticâclose to everything and incredibly walkable. We were able to easily stroll to restaurants, shops, and all the charm that Charleston has to offer without worrying about driving or parking.The condo itself was spotless and very well appointed. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy spaces where we could sit, relax, and enjoy a glass of wine together after a day out exploring. It felt welcoming and thoughtfully set up for guests.One of our favorite parts was simply being able to slow down and enjoy the space together. It was the perfect home base for laughter, catching up, and making memories.If youâre planning a girlsâ trip or a weekend in Charleston with friends, this place is an absolute gem. We would happily stay here again!
I went with 2 other couples and the house was everything we could hope for. It was very well maintained, well stocked with anything you might need on a daily basis, and the host was extremely easy to work with. There are several restaurants and stores within easy walking distance, which was very nice. I would definitely reccomend this as a place to stay on a visit to Charleston.
Very clean, nice house...the only issue we had was the bachelorette group above us who clomped around all day and night. the kitchen was stocked with coffee pods and creamers, bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand soap. Nice comfortable king size beds and pillows. Also nice thick towels. it was very hot and humid, so we took an Uber most of the time
We traveled to Charleston for a ladies trip. Though the house is technically walking distance to King Street we opted to drive or uber due to the heat/humidity. Very cute neighborhood and easy to get around. The house was very clean, comfortable beds and nice linens. Kitchen is well equipped. General lack of comfortable seating in living area if you have more than 4-5 people as we did. Otherwise the house was great and we had a wonderful time!
