Fan was on desk when I arrived to check in. It was typhoon conditions outside. She gave me a room close to desk and allowed me to leave my car in protected area until rain stopped. I am 79, travelled alone. Fan was and is so appreciated. I always stay with you when visiting my grandchildren. Thank Fan for me!!!

Wonderful Stay!

Wonderful hotel and a great stay! I only had an issue with the cleanliness of the chairs in the room! My husband and I enjoyed the bar and restaurant downstairs. They had a nice Valentines Day dinner where it was packed but still nice and intimate. I loved our room! Very nice and we loved the spa bath in the room with the pocket doors! And there was a wet bar that came with a microwave and fridge! The front desk reception area and the staff were very helpful and pleasant as well.

Our stay overall was great. We did find there was an odd odor when we entered the part of the building our room was in but when we made it to the 2nd floor it was fine. Unsure what the smell was but was there everytime we were on the main level. One thing that was frustrating and disappointing was that we wanted to sit in the courtyard for me evening and the sign says pool was closed but courtyard was open until 10pm, we were there at 6:30pm. Went to the desk to inquire in hopes it was a mistake, and the man at the desk just said, no it's not open. No reason, no apology nothing. There are no other places to sit outside at this hotel, by the way. I took a picture of the sign and at check out I mentioned what had happened and was again told, it's closed. Supposedly he will speak to the manager but I doubt it because ironically, it was the same person whom my husband spoke to the night before. I would just have guests be aware. We will likely stay again, when in town because everything else was great.
