Fan was on desk when I arrived to check in. It was typhoon conditions outside. She gave me a room close to desk and allowed me to leave my car in protected area until rain stopped. I am 79, travelled alone. Fan was and is so appreciated. I always stay with you when visiting my grandchildren. Thank Fan for me!!!

Found Our Go To Place To Stay

This was our first stay here, and I chose it based on customer satisfaction. Our stay is on a Thursday night so not sure how the weekend would be, but it is very quiet here. We are staying here so we can go to Folly beach tomorrow. Check-in was excellent, room is very nice, soaker tub was great. I love how even though the sitting area is not is a separate room it is still layer out to feel separate. We did not eat in restaurants, so I cannot rate it. I will look no further the next time we want to come to Folly.

TV didn’t work when we got there. One elevator was not working. Front desk Attendant didn’t really care about anything or us. Decided to start work on painting and carpentry work in the hallway first thing in the morning. Charge $100 night security deposit on the credit card, plus taxes that takes 3-5 business days to credit back.

This hotel was lovely, the lobby was decorated very nicely. Room was plenty large, nice sitting area, seprate shower from tub.. although we didnt use the pool it looked very inviting.

Check in was smooth despite arriving late. Very spacious rooms, comfy chairs and bed. TV was a little dated, but connected our laptop and presented a lot clearer. Pretty quiet location, a/c made minimal noise.

Not very good.

Staff was not very friendly or helpful. Elevators were out of service and hallways were being remodeled. My room ended up being located near some sort of loud mechanical equipment, I had to sleep with earplugs.

Excellent facility for the price. Clean, well maintained, no mold or mildew in bathroom. No signs of wear. Bed comfortable, furniture was updated, coffee maker and refrigerator appeared new. Receptionists were professional and curtious. I would definitely return. Only about a 10 min drive to Old Town Charleston
