There are 2 off-street parking spaces for small to mid-size vehicles. Additionally, you can fit 2-3 more vehicles stacked in the driveway.
Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.
This is a licensed short term rental operating under the permit number OP2025-06296 & OP2025-06295 and business license BL025382-07-2021 & BL033448-06-2023

Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guestsâ stay will be provided the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.

With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun and or relaxing vacation. The culinary scene for which Charleston has become so famous is just steps away. The fantastic restaurants, shopping, and nightlife of Upper King Street are close enough to walk, but far enough to not keep you up all night. We happily allow pets at the property for an additional fee. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival, and applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation total. Guests are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning required as a result of bringing a pet.
đ« This is a 100% smoke-free property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
đ§ł Luggage Drop-Off:
We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Streetâs dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:
âïž A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
âïž Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
âïž We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
âïž By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.

Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.
