Spacious, Serene Guesthouse close to RI beaches, URI & southcounty destinations!

“The Nest” is a spacious, serene 2 bedroom apartment with additional Nook for 3rd sleeping area built above our stand alone storage garage. Upon entering the 1000 sq ft space you are greeted with an open floor plan boasting cathedral ceilings, modern wet bar/kitchenette, bright living room and dining area. Sliders open to private deck with wooded view. A full bath, 2 bedrooms and add’l sleeping nook off the main living area complete the space. Also on the property are a cottage and 1800s Colonial home. Close to beaches, URI, Ninigret Park (home of the Trolls and festivals, dog park, observatory) & more!

The guest house is spacious and completely yours and separate from main house. The lower level garage stores owner items that do not need to be accessed during your stay. “The Nest” has a front door private entrance ~ a staircase leading you to a tranquil modern space for your “home away from home” experience. Kitchenette is well-equipped, beds are comfy and living room is very inviting!

Two bedrooms: One with Queen sized bed and the other offers a Full sized bed. There is an additional sleeping area that is in the corner of the main living space in the "nook" where the ceiling slants. This offers a twin bed and a room divider. Good for an extra guest or child.

Up to two well-behaved pets are allowed. Pet fee is $75 per pet per stay. First pet fee is charged via VRBO; additional pet fees are collected a week before your stay. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in beds. All pet waste must be collected and disposed of appropriately. Please do not leave pets for extended periods of time. The NEST is just that
 a cozy nest 
 it was spacious but intimate
 the bedrooms were on either side which is a plus!! And for me a comfortable bed is the main issue as it can make or break a vaca and my bed was extremely comfortable !!! Black out curtains are my second thing and it had them. Even the couch was comfy
 we didn’t cook in but kitchen was well stocked 
 we were very happy with our stay. Hopefully we can rent it again next Labor Day weekend for The Rhythm and Roots Festival!!!

Rhode Island Beach Trip

We had a great stay for our RI Beach trip. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. We loved the kitchen and the grill on the deck. The host was very nice and the check-in process was very smooth. The area was very peaceful and quiet. We loved the games that were available, we had a lot of fun playing family card games each night. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great setting and super comfortable unit.Frankie our blind Boykin Spaniel had a blast.We found the local restaurants to be wonderful with cheerful staff and wide selections.We hope to return next year.

Charming Charleston Guesthouse!

My husband, parents, two dogs and I stayed for two nights in Melissa and Eric’s Nest, and enjoyed every second. The space was spotless and spacious and the kitchen well-stocked. While the main house is close to the guesthouse, we had absolute privacy and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Melissa and Eric were very responsive and kind hosts, and even left us a welcome basket with water and snacks! We had a great lunch at Matunuck Oyster House (highly recommend!) and enjoyed checking out the small beach towns nearby.

Cozy stay

We had a wonderful stay in Rhode island! The hosts were wonderful! Easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to provide amenities for us to make the stay even more comfortable! The space is more open than it even looks in the pictures, and my family of four (children 7 and a year and a half) and our dog had more than enough room. Our plans were diverted due to the weather but we made it worth while and the house was very comfortable spending more time in it than anticipated, playing games as a family and hanging out. Would highly recommend staying here!
