The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, while the living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, offering flexible accommodations for your group. A full bathroom and a cozy gas fireplace in the living room add both comfort and ambiance.

The open-concept living space includes a well-equipped kitchenette with a mini fridge, two-burner stovetop, and microwave ideal for preparing light meals. There’s seating for up to six guests between the dining table and bar area, while the living room provides comfortable seating for up to five.

Step out onto the private balcony and take in scenic views of Round Lake as boats pass by—an ideal spot to relax and unwind.

Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and a convenient downtown location. Great Location

The location of Edgewater Inn is prime real estate in Charlevoix. You are close to shopping, food, beaches, the Mushroom houses, the lighthouse and the ferry to Beaver Island. We drove a short 2hrs to The Sleeping Bear Dunes and it was worth it! The condo was clean. Could have used more paper products and towels to start with, but the front desk staff helped with that and they were amazing! So friendly. The charm of the Inn did not disappoint. We would definitely stay again.

The good and the bad...

The view is great. Things that weren't so great - the hotel size refrigerator is too small for a 6 night stay, the 1960's style plastic covers on the chairs, the public washer/dryers were both broken during our stay, the painter's tape hanging from the bathroom light.

Couch cushions are a bit tired and we pulled a couple bedroom pillows to the living area. A rug in the bathroom would have been warmer on the feet. Nice towels and shampoo, etc in bathroom. Would stay in this unit again.

When I paid the newer higher price I expected something more, such as a screen slider that works or updated carpeting or new chairs on patio. If we would have reserved directly with Edgewater we would have saved a lot of money. When we addressed the issue with Brook she told me I should have done better research. You're right, I will contact the amazing staff at Edgewater directly next time.

Charlevoix on the water

My wife and I had a one night stay to see an old friend. The Edgewater was the perfect place to stay. Ronica made sure we were happy with our accomodations. Beautiful views and plenty of room. We will be back. Thank you to the staff at the Edgewater.
