We are just 20 minutes from downtown Charlotte and yet a world away from the harried lifestyle of the big city. Right across the street is River Street Park (with Disc Golf course). We are a quick walk to the Dutchman Creek boat and kayak launch on the Catawba River (be sure to check out Aquatic Adventures), CaroMont Regional Medical Center, and charming Downtown Mount Holly.

And if you’d like to extend your stay, we offer early check-in and late check-out requests (with fees dependent upon availability). Late checkout requests require at least 24 hour notice and we will do our best to accommodate. Escape the hustle and bustle of life – come relax your worries with us.
The entire home and property is available to enjoy, including its array of amenities.

Parking: The driveway accomodates up to (4) four cars. Uber and Lyft are great options, as well as walking on foot.

-NO SMOKING anywhere on the property (inside OR outside). Vaping is permitted OUTDOORS only. **A $500 FINE WILL BE CHARGED FOR SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE HOUSE.**
-Mount Holly has a strict 10 pm to 7 am noise ordinance, with fines up to $1,500. Failure to comply may lead to immediate eviction without reimbursement if neighbors contact the authorities.
-Sorry, no pets
-No shoes in house
-**Please don`t flush anything but toilet paper!! The system is sensitve and may back up if anything but TP is flushed.**
-**Please do not dispose of grease directly down the kitchen sink drain! That too will damage the system. Please dispose of grease in the garbage can only.**

SAFETY DEVICES:
Exterior security cameras present: We have one doorbell camera at the front door, one at the front porch, and one overlooking the rear patio. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.

Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner`s availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.

***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy***
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which is required for direct booking reservations.**

Trust & Safety:
*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.*

As advertised, this beautifully appointed and brand new home suited our three generations of family perfectly for a long, Memorial Day getaway weekend. We took full advantage of the home's close proximity to the Whitewater Center and appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and living spaces.With easy access to major roads, the home sits within a quite residential neighborhood with off-street parking and a quaint backyard.Really appreciated the responsiveness of the property management team and the easy check-in/check-out process.

Visiting Family in Stanley

The perfect place for our family. It was very clean and comfortable. Beds were especially comfortable. Kitchen was great to cook in for Thanksgiving dishes to take to our family's house in Stanley. Great parking right in the driveway in front of house. Will book again when in North Carolina.

ideal location to the whitewater center. Near the cute downtown of Mt Holly on the edge of Charlotte. house is very neat and communication is outstanding. Will be staying there again!!
