The Neighborhood:
Being just a short walk from Charlotte’s city center, there is nothing you won’t find. Morning, noon and night there are plenty of fantastic places to enjoy all Charlotte has to offer. On your walk through the center, you can visit the historic landmarks: The sculpture of Queen Charlotte and The Four Corners Statues. Are you in the mood for something artsy? There are plenty of lovely art museums. Visit the Levine Center For The Arts, Bechtler Museum of Modern Art or Harvey B. Gantt Center For African-American Arts. If you’re looking for a bite, head to the 7th Street Public Market or Coco and the Director. If you aren’t catching a game and are looking for restaurants, bars, bowling or movies, head to the Epicenter, where you can do it all.

Getting Around:
You are minutes away from bus and train stops.

We find our guests prefer to use Uber or Lyft, which is a very convenient and cheap way to get around the city.

Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $89 per service.
Parking: We can provide covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team.

As part of our commitment to providing a premium experience, we offer complimentary starter items to kickstart your stay. These items are thoughtfully provided to ensure you have everything you need upon arrival. However, please note that they are starter supplies and may not be replenished during your stay. If you require additional supplies beyond the initial offering, we recommend local stores or delivery services for your convenience.

Other Things to Note:
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay.
