Very comfortable stay…

The hotel is very nicely appointed and tastefully decorated. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast buffet was beautiful and delicious. The only negative during the stay was a loose toilet seat, which provided some ‘surprises’ at night. When reported on checkout, the information was welcomed, and my impression was that it would be addressed.

Modern, clean and comfortable in a convenient location. Outlets and usb ports were plentiful and well distributed in the room. Easy parking. Great Korres toiletries. Highly recommend the Renaissance Patisserie, just a two minute walk from the hotel.

My family and I stayed for the Wknd and it was a very positive experience. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was a lot of peace and quiet where we stayed and there were plenty of options for dining and exploring the area. We will definitely be coming back here to stay when we visit Charlotte again.
