Not worth the price
Location was good for all our downtown activities. But the condo was dirty, a chair was broken, linens were shabby, kitchen was ill-equipped. A persistent odor filled each room, as if trying to cover up a problem - not good for those with allergic reactions. It was obvious that no-one was interested in maintaining this rental property. I strongly suggest you search for another option if coming to downtown Charlotte,

Complicated stay
Location is excellent and building quite nice. The place was dirty, dog food all around, washer full of bedding, furniture very basic and cheap. Only 3 chairs available. I got multiple emails with instructions, sometimes contradicting, the place has a few signs with threatening language. Did not feel welcomed. When I was able to talk to customer service they were very nice, but took a long time to get back to me.
