Room was nice, water pressure in the shower was AMAZING!! Parking good. In room HVAC was noisy. There are a couple places to eat within walking distance and a gas station within half mile for rental car fill-up. Jefferi made check-in nice and easy. Good cookies!

Good room, but a couple things didn't work

The room was fine, however the tv did not work when I got into the room rather late the first night. But it did work the next day. However, the safe did not work at all.

Should not be a Doubltree

This hotel is well past its prime and needs a major renovation or should lose its flag. The rooms and hotel smelled like mildew. The furniture fixtures and equipment are very worn. I would stay at one of the newer hotels nearby. The pictures must be 20 years old.

Airport shuttle was excellent. We were able to leave our car at your hotel for 11 nights and the shuttle was on time to take us to the airport. Once we were back, we called to have the shuttle pick us up and bring us back to the hotel. We did not have to wait long and the gentleman that picked us up was very nice and friendly and thanked us for staying at your hotel.

Parking our car here was best feature of hotel! Hotel needs to remedy the mold smell which permeates several areas and rooms in hotel. Didn't feel like air quality was safe.

We stayed here and used hotel parking lot to keep our car while we traveled for a week, that part was good...$60 for 7 nites, with shuttle to airport! There is a mold smell in certain parts of hotel, especially at back of hotel on all floors. Our first nite, we requested a room change as mold smell was significant & 2nd room was better. On our return to hotel for 1 nite, the first room was not cleaned by housekeeping, 2nd room smelled like mold, and final room was acceptable but we turned off heat/AC in room as there was a very slight mold smell when we ran the fan. This hotel has a severe mold smell problem and I worry about breathing the air here.

Clean room, day staff was polite, AC was good But had a group staying next room over partying till 4:30am, tried calling the front desk but the phone did not work so used my cell phone and after 2 hours it was answered and all they offered was to give me another room! At 4am, there shouldn't be a party at that time of the morning. Sad to say a venue with a name like Hilton you have this happem.
