The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The valet service was not. The valet team member that assisted my daughter and I didn’t even offer to assist us in getting our bags out of the car! The room was smelly. The carpet and sofa need cleaned.

Very pleasant stay for my family reunion this past weekend. Hotel on general and rooms were clean and staff was great! Want to give special mention to Seitta at the front desk and Ms Ann in the kitchen they were the best!! I would definitely stay here again

Hotel was excellent ... would recommend anyone to stay ...bars, grills, Bank of America Stadium, and restaurants all in walking distance to and from hotel Cleanliness was the most important part of the hotel for me and there was no holds bar in that area....MAGIFICENT
