Both extra locks on the hotel door were broken and did not function. We had no internet service in our room and when we talked to the front desk staff about it, they said they were going to send someone to repair it but no one ever came. Very disappointed in the stay.

Poor customer service

Unfortunately, I booked this property because my daughter’s friend was going to be stranded in the Charlotte Airport on our way back from international travel. I made the mistake of booking a nonrefundable room. When my daughter’s friend miraculously made her connection, Hilton would not provide even a partial refund or offer anything, despite the best efforts of our Hotels.com rep. Will never stay in a Hilton again.

The service was great and the area was nice. The room wasn’t as clean as I would have expected for the price (hair in several places in the bathroom in particular). Parking was extremely tight-don’t even think to try to park and unpack, as your bags won’t fit out of your doors.

Woman who checked us out was not courteous nor did she have a clue what she was doing. Shuttle bus driver had to get her from the back room. Wasn’t willing to break a $20. And wouldn’t print us a receipt. Said incidentals would be billed through Expedia. Got my bill through the hotel later that day. Probably could use more training
