The shuttle service to the airport was every 30 minutes, 24/7, unlike most such services that don't begin until 5AM. It was quiet except for an occasional dog barking in an adjoining room, but not too much.

Room service took an hour and 15 minutes for potatoes and fruit. Next day heat wasn’t working I am anemic asked to leave get money back refused by staff Stayed but left before morning and called fro bellman and never arrived. Went down stairs they were all hanging out. Called back said they were busy advised I had just come from downstairs. I was there with a group of over 200 people Horrible
