I booked this hotel online, due to the description of the rooftop bar. The website indicated it was open. Upon arrival- the reason I chose to stay there was “ closed for the season”. I would have stayed somewhere else. The hotel was nice, clean, and staff was great.

Poor front desk not all just
Terrible front desk expierience was charged 3pp for incedentals and they didnt tell me couldnt uber to the airport or eat at the convention center because of the extra funds removed from the card. Couldnt add money because the only atm for my bank the tower was locked which means the atm was closed
