We could not have had a better stay! Staff was great. We had a terrible experience with American Airlines, several late and cancelled flights on our way to the Bahamas, thank goodness we were able to salvage our vacation by staying at the JW. They even supplied goody bags to try to supply everything we were missing in our luggage.

We were stuck overnight in Charlotte unexpectedly given the canceled flights due to weather. We booked three rooms, knowing we would not find a flight until the next day. Our luggage was lost and we literally had only the clothes on our backs and a few other items. We had already been traveling for almost 24 hours. The front desk person (Keisha?) was AMAZING. She sympathized with our situation. Knowing we were exhausted, needing a drink, then bed, she noted two bars were open at the hotel and we had our three rooms adjacent in no time. After having some wine, I asked if there was a pantry, sundry shop, or nearby convenience store to get toiletries. It was below freezing and coming from the Bahamas, no warm clothes. She asked me to wait back in the bar. She arrived a bit later with a medium sized bag, full of essential toiletries for the seven of us. We were so thankful. All staff was amazing, including bar and valet staff. We would have liked to explore more but getting home was our first priority. Great job making all of us feel relaxed and welcomed. Thank you

Valet is a nightmare from the first day. They lost our car and I had to go up with them after 30 minutes to try and find it. I finally found it. They apologized and said that they wouldn’t charge us for the issues. I literally just got charged the full amount. They also said they would give us points for the issue and I haven’t been able to reach management to confirm since we left. I emailed them to call me and still no call. We finally got our car back after 45 minutes and me physically finding it and demanding they bring up all the Kia keys so I could finally leave.
