Arriving:
Over 3800 sq ft of style and space welcome you. You will drive up to a beautiful, property built just 3 years ago with a circular driveway that can accommodate up to 6 cars. Keyless entry makes check in a breeze.

The Main Floor:
Whip up a meal in the gleaming white kitchen, enjoy overlooking woods and water, then relax in the large comfy, sectional sofa. The screened-in porch off the main floor hosts another sectional and outdoor dining, along with a Charbroil grill. The large, 65-inch TV completes the picture of elegance and comfort. Conveniently located close to many world-class attractions, dining, shopping and entertainment. Peaceful and private even though it is just about 18 minutes from the Charlotte airport.

Upstairs:
The stylish and modern décor continues upstairs. The master suite is large and comfortable with an huge and elegant king bed, TV and spacious en-suite with a large, modern, tiled shower with a rain shower head and floor to ceiling windows . King and queen size beds with high-end mattresses grace most of the bedrooms. One of the rooms has a full-size bed and there is a comfortable trundle in the room with two queens.

Downstairs:
Large and welcoming with games, 75-inch TV and walkout to the covered patio and wooded backyard leading straight to the dock. A nicely appointed queen bedroom with attached bath plus a teepee for the little ones are sure to please. Relax in the large sectional watching the big game or your favorite movie. Grab a book from our collection, read to the little one or play a round of air hockey (tournament size) or corn hole. Something for everyone!

Outdoors:
Wooded privacy on the water! A stand-up paddle board, kayak and pedal boat await you! Fish off your own, private dock or rent a boat at one of the nearby marinas. Our dock is limited to fishing and small motor boats because of a shallow access passage between our property and the main body of the lake. For larger boats, there are a few local launches nearby. We provide some life jackets and encourage you to bring your own or check with us to make sure of size.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the full house with the exception of the garage. Guests staying longer and needing garage space are welcome to request access. The Jonas Brothers' own restaurant is a short 7 minute drive away and the property is 18 minutes away from the Charlotte airport! Visit McAdenville also known as "Christmas Town USA" for their pretty lights, Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, Carowinds, the US Whitewater Center, the Speedway, uptown Charlotte and more. Something for everyone!

Guests have access to the full house with the exception of the garage. Guests staying longer and needing garage space are welcome to request access.

**NOTE** You will need to disclose any pet guests at the time of booking. Dogs of any size are subject to a pet fee that is pre-paid. 2 dogs of any size per stay with pre-payment of $100 per stay per dog.

The neighborhood is pretty and private, with homes spread apart in a wooded setting with water access. At the same time, a vibrant downtown area hosts a park, the Jonas Brothers' own restaurant and plenty of shopping. Easy Access to I-485, I-77, Light Rail, Charlotte International Airport

More than 3800 sq ft of luxurious touches and attention to detail. Toiletries, towels, linens and starter supplies of dish and laundry soaps provided. Being a water property, a waiver will be sent to the main guest prior to check in - all guests must sign before release of door code.
- All booking require a signed liability waiver, which will be sent upon booking.

-No smoking of any kind. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fine and potential eviction without refund.

- A firepit is provided and wood can be obtained from nearby stores such as Lowes or Walmart. The firepit shall not be moved from its location in the backyard. The primary guest is responsible for ensuring that fires are properly started and extinguished, and is responsible for any and all damages resulting from fire, smoke or use of the firepit. 

-Use of watercraft requires a signed waiver. Must wear lifejackets if using watercraft. Some lifejackets are provided and you must bring your own if there are not enough or the right sizes available at the house. Contact host for details.

-No jumping from dock. No lift operation without prior arrangement with the host.

-Kayak, stand up paddle board (SUP) and oars must be returned to the downstairs patio.

-Pedal boat must be pulled up and secured with the rope provided.

-Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per dog per stay, however the yard is not fenced. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture.

-Dogs are the only type of animal allowed and must be leashed when being walked and must be under the control of the owner at all times. Pet fee and prior approval required. Must clean up daily after your dog and place waste in outside trash bin on side of house.

-Only named guests in reservation are allowed. No extra guests.

-No parties or events. Any complaints from neighbors could result in eviction with no refund.

-Dishwasher can be run daily. Tabs are provided under the kitchen sink.

-Washer tabs are provided the laundry room.

Prior to Departure:
• Please load dishes prior to departure. • Ensure yard and home is free of pet waste. • Collect and place used towels and linens in laundry room. • Dispose of food left in frig and pantry. • Please ensure TV remote is placed on the coffee table or bedroom dresser. Return the kayak and SUP to the downstairs patio area. Tie off the pedal boat with the rope provided.

-On Wednesday evening, please move trash and recycle bins to the curb for collection, and return them to the backyard by Thursday evening if you are there.
