What a fantastic home! Extremely close to downtown Belmont as well as Charlotte. We had a great little family reunion and the home had everything that we needed. The host, Jason, was super responsive and told us everything that we needed to know. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay! Even though we booked at the very last minute, Jason was incredibly communicative and went out of his way to provide a special accommodation that made our trip possible. The location is perfect—super close to downtown and easy to get around. We also loved how well-stocked the kitchen was; it had everything we needed. We truly felt welcome and can’t recommend this place enough!

Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms, in this very clean comfortable home. It is an ideal location, close to downtown Belmont restaurants, I-85 and the local food store. Worked out well for my husband and I while we were getting some home renovations completed.

We visited Charlotte for our son's graduation. Not being familiar with the neighborhoods, we did some research and found Belmont to be a friendly and convenient spot. We were so pleased to find this lovely home which was well appropriated and clean. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and the living area was a perfect size for our family to gather. Our favorite moment of the trip was sitting on the front porch, drinking wine, and talking about how beautiful the fall colors all around us were. Thank you Jason for being a terrific host! We will be visiting again!

A Belmont Beauty

We enjoyed staying at Jason's property for a long weekend. The home is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a delightful stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the couch large enough to seat our whole party, and the kitchen could handle all our needs. Belmont is a lovely town- enjoyed the farmer's market, fantastic eats, and warm and friendly locals. We highly recommend a stay here in Belmont and at Jason's place.

Downtime between wedding festivities

We had multiple wedding events to attend over several days. This house allowed for a lovely respite between these events, and had local diversions and excellent dining options nearby. A free standing ironing table would have made things a touch easier, but the house had everything we needed. We’d come back.

Just as advertised! House was completed updated, fully stocked and spotless. Great proximity to downtown Belmont, so we walked into town each morning for coffee. The deer sightings in the yard were also fun. We'll be back!
