Great location

The location of the property was a highlight. Our last night, another family stayed in the duplex next to us and the walls were very thin. It felt like they were in there with us. I could hear phone conversations on speaker and even hear the toilet flush next door. The house was clean and decorated nicely. I couldn’t find anything to wash the dishes or tabs for the dishwasher. The front bedroom mattress was super noisy. In all, good visit, great location, but the walls of the duplex are very thin if a family is next door.

Perfect location!

Perfect size and location! Clean and nicely decorated. The owner is very responsive. It is a duplex and could occasionally hear the people next door but nothing that disturbed us. Overall a great experience!

Everything about this space was perfect! It was so clean and so user friendly! The bedding was so comfortable and everything smelled so good. The views and the location was so great and I couldn’t have wanted anything more! I hope next time I get to Charlotte I can lock down the same property!!

Panthers Game Getaway

Clean Home with Close Proximity to the city!

The half of the duplex we stayed in was very clean and in a great location. Beds were very comfy! Fran was nice and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. I would note there isn’t a washing machine and the amount of towels provided were limited so you may want to bring extra. Great stay and would stay again!

Cute and clean rental

The property is cute and clean and exactly as pictured. The check-in process was easy, and communication with the owner was good. It is close to downtown and has convenient parking. I did not realize there was no washer and dryer. I would have given five stars except for two things: The thermostat was locked down, so I had to text the owner each time to adjust the temperature, which wasn't ideal. Also, the mattresses were covered in plastic mattress covers, which were very uncomfortable and noisy for sleeping.

5 star house at all - phantastic

I enjoyed the time there. A cosy, well equipped house and extremly clean. Phantastic. Near to the city. I walked only about 30 minutes or drove 5 minutes maximum.
