About this space
Modern & Central: close to the airport, Uptown, and vibrant SouthEnd, discover our brand-new home. Relax in the outdoor hot tub, enjoy our private fenced yard, or have fun in the game room. Combining style, comfort, and prime location, it's the perfect queen city getaway.
The space
This is a brand new construction home that sleeps a total of 14 guests.

Our home is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. You’ll find a fully stacked kitchen, a spacious living area,
5 amazing spaces to lay your head. 4 queen beds 1 king bed an a bunk bed awaits you for your stay.
Each room has a smart tv so you can enjoy whatever it may be that your heart desires.

The house has 2 full baths upstairs and one half bath on main floor- one of the full bath off the hallway with a shower/ tub combo and one off the master bedroom. a shower and a large tub If soaking in a bubble bath is your thing. We also added the luxury of providing key essentials during your trip to help make things easier.

In the yard we have a outdoor seating area a fire pit surrounded with chairs and a gas grill to help fill your appetite.
a luxurious hot tub, where you can soak away your stress and worries and indulge in the ultimate relaxation experience!

Our home comes with a W/D to help make checking out easy breezy and washing any garments that may need extra TLC during your trip.

Parking: The driveway on the front of the house provides plenty of space for two vehicles.
Street parking is also available.

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.
Guest access
You will have access to this beautifully decorated home at your leisure. However, we do have a closet in the kitchen that acts as our owner's closet to provide you with the hospitality you aim to receive during your stay with us.
Other things to note
Early check-in fee: $40 (up to 2 hours before 4pm based on availability)

Late check-out fee: $40 (up to 2 hours after 11am based on availability)


Pet fee is $25/night, but can vary depending on number of pets, breed, etc. (negotiable for longer stays). You are responsible for picking up after your pet while on the property and while in the neighborhood. Please BE RESPECTFUL.

No smoking in the home or on premise. We reserve the right to charge a smoking fee should there be evidence of this violation.

NO parties allowed on the premise. If you are in violation of this, you will be asked to leave the property, and pay a $1000 fine for the violation. We don't want to see blue lights as much you don't want to.... just don't do it!!

$25 penalty for losing remote

*Fire wood for the fire pit is not provided.
The propane tank for the gas grill is provided.

Outdoor cameras on site overlooking house entrance.

Quiet Hours: Charlotte has a 11pm noise ordinance that begins at that time. We love our neighborhood and community... we still want to be invited to things-- don't ruin it for us. Please be respectful of working neighbors with noise, language, music, pets, and children.

Nethanel was a great host. He communicated well and was readily available for questions and changes we made to our booking. The house was perfect for our family trip. There were a few minor cosmetic issues noted to the host, but nothing interfered with our fun. If we come back to Charlotte, we would rent this house again.

As a first timer, I would use this service again, but not for this home. I am picky but this... The size was perfect, but it lacked attention to detail and cleaning. The house (along with 2 or 3 on either side of it) were the only nice ones and clearly don’t blend with the neighborhood. They had a high chair, but it had some other kids toy in it. The cleaner, who arrived early, actually thought it was ours so I know it wasn’t left there as a perk. The kitchen had cookware, some utensils, dishwater pods, etc. but a lot of it had missing pieces (not all the knives in the knife block, missing/chipped plates and bowls, rusted cookware). It looked like the leftover mix-and-match items that you give to a college kid or find at a yard sale. All the bar chairs are missing buttons, the vertical blinds were missing or damaged, the walls were dirty in most of the rooms and the stairwell, and the carpets were not cleaned nor vacuumed. In some of the rooms, you can see where it was vacuumed before in certain spaces like behind the door or in the closet, but you can tell it had not been recently done. Then the “cleaner” was dropped off via some ride-share service with a basket and a vacuum, and did not give me professional cleaner vibes and I’ve dealt with far too many cleaners/cleaning services in my career. To top it off, I had to set the thermostats to a certain temperature, strip only the used beds, gather only the used towels, and load the dishwasher. I hope this is not the standard.

Family Wedding weekend

Went to Charlotte for a wedding with 6 other family members. The property itself was nice and looked just like the pictures. The house had everything we needed and adequate space. The owner was very nice, responsive and always accommodating. I would book again for sure.

Excellent Property!

The property was exactly like the pictures and was perfect for our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and there are TV's in all the bedrooms. The location is outside of Charlotte but it was perfect for us. It is exactly half way between the airport and downtown Charlotte. We would definitely stay there again!

Great stay

We had a large group in town for a wedding and were happy to find this property. I was super happy with the bedrooms, they allowed comfortable sleeping space for the folks in our group. We had noticed there was not a coffee pot and messaged and within minutes Nate let us know what had happened and that they would bring one by in the morning! We loved the game room as well when we had downtime. Checkout expectations were reasonable as well.

Great house with plenty of space

The house is perfect for families, great setup with 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. The listing can be a tad bit misleading because it’s says it’s a 6 bedroom, but they are referring to futons in the living room as 1 of those bedrooms. That didn’t matter for us though, had a great time in Charlotte thanks to this VRBO.
