Great location but needs a little TLC. Lots of places nearby to eat, drink & shop. Walked to the Panthers stadium for an NFL game, so close. The apartment itself could use a few repairs & updates. Dripping kitchen faucet, leaking bathroom faucet, broken towel bar, old towels. The worst was a disgusting clump of hair that the cleaning people didn't remove from the shower wall. They did let us check in early since my husband was not feeling well, which we appreciated, but we tried to spend as little time in the apartment as possible.

Perfect location for the conference that I attended. Close to the event center. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Apartment was well appointed and comfortable! Thanks so much!

Stay away unless you’re a teenager looking to party

The check in process is awful you have to pay to park or take a chance getting your car towed just to go up 4 flights of stairs to get your parking pass then come back down and park your car. This place is like a maze every time you go out. They say quiet time starts at 9pm however we were awakened all throughout the night to loud talking and partying. We were in town for a cheerleading competition so thankfully we were only there at night long enough to go to bed and then get up and get out of there. They were pillow cases and 1 towel that was left in the dryer when we arrived, there were only 3 towels total, the bathroom sink is extremely slow on draining not to mention it also leaks all over top of the sink, TV didn’t work (only one tv in the apartment) Do not recommend for a family.

Downtown Charlotte

Came to Charlotte to see The Rolling Stones! Got a great location within walking distance of the concert. Nice, clean one bedroom apartment. Management responds quickly to any questions/concerns. Can walk anywhere or take the Rail Trail right next to the apartment complex. If you’re into good food and craft beers the area is a great place to stay.

Not as advertised

Basically everything was fine, with the major exception that this is a one bedroom apartment. Which would not have been a problem if it was advertised that way. This is a ONE bedroom apartment advertised as two....big difference. Everything else was fine. They even had a sign in the apartment that said “maximum occupancy- 3 people” yet the listing clearly states two bedroom with 4 person occupancy.
