This was my first time using Vrbo, and I had a terrible experience. Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00, but at 4:10 I received a text saying the BNB was not available. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Overall great stay and beautifully appointed. Accurately described and comfortable. Unit needed more toilet paper as there was only what was on the rolls in the restrooms. There were sporadic ants throughout the kitchen and master bedroom & bath. No trash bags or paper towels provided as spares.

House and furnishings were Beautiful, However the Cleanisness was terrible.

Linen wasn't clean and was outdated. Showers had mildew and hair. Some Beds did not have pillows. Deck and windows had spider webs. I was very disappointed and expressed that with the host. However they never responded to any of my concerns about the Cleanisness with the towels, linens, maggots in trash cans. I had to purchase new linen and pillows in order to feel comfortable with my family. 😞

Good Place to Stay

The area was great and safe despite its surroundings. $10+ Uber ride to/from Uptown and Less than 15 minute ride to South End, Midtown and other great neighborhoods. The house is lacking a few things (barstools in kitchen) and there are a few things that should be replaced (can opener), etc. I would also say that there should be more attention paid to the cleaning. The dishes weren’t the cleanest (old food still left on spoons and serving utensils), microwave, fridge and stove could have been cleaned better. There were a few things that were dusty, hair was clinging to some of the decor in the master bedroom and the tub and I would suggest that the owner provide at least two rolls of paper towels (we had 1/2 roll) a full bottle of dish soap and kitchen towels especially for the amount of money that you pay. Despite these things it was a comfortable home and would only stay again if these items listed were addressed.

This house was not only clean, but it was comfortable & beautiful. From the high ceilings to the open layout it was accommodating & spacious! The hosts were communicative, helpful, and extremely hospitable. Definitely recommend.

Love! Love! Love this home!

This home is absolutely everything listed on Vrbo. The home is spacious, very clean and so relaxing. My family was blown away by the details in the decor. The pictures are great, but does not do the home justice :) We had EVERYTHING at our fingertips even the owner lol :) to our surprise he met us there the day of. Very nice and responsive. We did not want to leave! This will be our Charlotte vacation home~ we're going back soon!
