We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was super convenient being close to the PNC music pavilion.. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for the week.We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The home was clean and comfortable, had a large yard and the neighborhood was quiet. Also very pet friendly. Kitchen was nice and clean, bathrooms were nice, beds were comfortable. The host was available by telephone or text message, if needed. Overall this is a very nice place to stay.

Pet friendly, though the yard was not completely fenced in, we did not have an issue with it. The communication was super fast and friendly. Everything was clean. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. The heating and the air conditioner worked great. The shower had great water pressure. The kitchen had everything needed if I were to cook it. We were attending a meeting at UNC Charlotte so the house was the perfect location. It is a very convenient to UNC Charlotte which would be good for families moving their college students in but need a little more space versus a hotel. It has a big living room, the master bedroom is large and the other two bedrooms were of good size as well. We enjoyed our stay.

Concert trip

We booked the place for a couple days to attend a concert they were having in town. It was very homely and pleasant, neighborhood was close to the venue which made it very convenient. They had brochures about things to do in the area which was nice so we could do some things besides the concert while we were down there. The overall experience was great and the house was great as well!

Close to PNC Arena

My friends and I came for a music festival, and the house was perfect. It was walking distance from the venue, which was perfect for us. The backyard is a nice place to sit and relax. The house has mini amenities including laundry soap, but some of the light switches didn’t work. The neighborhood is nice also, and there’s a lot to do in the area. I would stay here again the next time I visit.

Convenient and clean

Older home in a quiet neighborhood very close to PNC Music Pavilion and only 3 miles away from the speedway. The property was clean and neat and had a decent yard. Negatives would be uncomfortable and limited seating in the living room, uncomfortable beds, and inadequate coffee for the size of the pot. I recommend bringing your own coffee and tall round filters. Although the ad doesn't specify the garage isn't available, it isn't.

University Villa

Impression upon arrival was very poor, grass was extremely overgrown (after calling it was mowed the next day). Some things need to be updated (living room furniture), overhead light bulbs in both bathrooms were not working, shower drain in second bath was very slow resulting standing in water ankle deep when finished, only 3 wash cloths for 4 people. Carpet in master bedroom needs replaced. Dish washer does not work. Overall in need of updating and repair. Would be nice stay if issues resolved.
