I had requested early check-in ; however, was not able to check in until almost 2:00. I was informed at check-in that Breakfast was served until 9:30; however, it was taken up at 9:00!! Another guest verified she had been told the same information. The WORST part, however, was the fact that I had to contact the front desk FOUR (4) times during my 5 day stay, to have my keyS reprogrammed because they failed to work!! BOTH KEYS I was issued!! That should NEVER happen. SUPER inconvenient!!😡

neighborhood was filled with homeless ppl and felt unsafe. Exercise equipment was broken. Halls smelled. Lighting was harsh throughout halls and bedroom. Deadbolt was broken in room. Vanity was way too low. Waited 10 min for someone to check me in bc no was at the desk. Im still waiting on my refund for the rest of my stay bc i only stayed 1 night even though i booked 6 nights.

The rooms and amenities are just bearable to get you by. It’s not some nasty motel where you have to worry about bedbugs but it’s also not somewhere you can really enjoy. It’s just a bed with a hot shower seriously that’s it. I wouldn’t consider their complimentary breakfast doesn’t look good. They did have a fridge and a microwave which was cool but this is just something if you need a room for just a few nights and want to save some money. I wouldn’t bring someone here if I wanted to get away it’s just not the best area or too clean.

Receptionist was excellent, we stayed on the 4th floor and the ceiling was dripping with water as it had rained, hallway carpet soaked. Post on front desk was a sign that said The Fire Alarm is currently not operational. This must be illegal.

Let me start by saying the outside of the hotel was clean and inviting but once you get inside it was horrible. Once I got pass the front desk the smell of gas was overwhelming and once I got in the room the gas would've knocked you out. The carpet was flity and the wallpaper was peeling. The toilet was running Needless to say I checked out immediatley and booked another room.
