Great location and nice touches

We had a family group for UVA graduation and this was a perfect spot. The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to the downtown mall. We really enjoyed the back courtyard which gave us room to spread out and enjoy watching birds and rabbits. The kitchen had everything we needed. I understand the property is now available only for long term rentals and it certainly has everything you would need for an extended stay.

Weekend getaway with friends

Our group of 6 was very pleased with this property. It was very clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed for a long weekend in Charlottesville. Only a short (15 minute) walk to the downtown mall area, and located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Private backyard with seating and a small fire pit. Would recommend for a family or group of friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place and location!

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway to Charlottesville and this place was a big reason why! It’s in a great location, clean and very well decorated, and the process was very easy. Looking forward to coming back!
