A Home to Relax and Unwind
The lounge, dining and kitchen share one open-plan space, so you can cook and still be part of the conversation. Wind down in front of the Smart TV with Netflix, or open up the Juliet balcony framed in greenery at the far end. Both bedrooms have their own wall-mounted TVs with Netflix for a quiet night in.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, gas hob, dishwasher and wine cooler, plus an in-unit washer for longer stays.

• Bedroom 1: Double bed with its own en-suite shower room and storage.

• Bedroom 2: Double bed with a wall-mounted Netflix TV and garden outlook.

• Bathroom: Family bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath and warming towel rail, alongside the Bedroom 1 en-suite shower room.

Location
The apartment sits close to the Medway waterfront at Chatham Maritime, mixing dockside history with modern marina life. Waterside dining and outlet shopping are both within an easy stroll, and several of the area`s landmark attractions are a short walk or quick drive away.

Good to Know Before You Book
The apartment sits on an upper floor and is reached by stairs, with no lift in the building. Your allocated parking is Parking Bay 5 in the on-site car park; some other spaces are marked with `V` signs and belong to neighbours, so please use only your bay unless you are certain a space is free for guest use. The building is in a residential area, so please keep noise low in the evenings. Check-in is self check-in via keybox, with full instructions sent on the morning of arrival.

Extra charges
Early check-in and late check-out can be requested subject to availability, and both are chargeable. These can be arranged after booking through a secure third-party platform.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.

Please treat the space as if it were your own and tidy up after yourself. Keep noise to a minimum in the evenings out of respect for the neighbours, and switch off lights and appliances and lock up whenever you head out.
