THE LOCATION

Stroll 1 block to Main Street to explore a host of local favorite restaurants, art galleries, and boutique shops.

Walk 10 minutes to Oyster Pond Beach for swimming or lounging on the sand. Head just under 1 mile to Lighthouse Beach for blissful days spent by the gentle surf.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location, right downtown. Easy parking. Very clean, & beautifully decorated & very comfortable. We had a very difficult time unlocking the door, despite the short “how-to” video. We called the toll free number & the woman tried her best to help us. She finally admitted that she would have the local manager come help us. We managed to unlock the door finally, & the local manager also came & took time to show us how to operate the door code, etc. He was Very Kind &patient. Seems like the lock may need some WD40? Also , the toilet kept running, we managed , but a waste of water- get a plumber & a locksmith.However, the apartment was lovely & we were happy with our stay.

Great place! Everything was very nice and well described in the ads. If I had to finds something negative, I would say that the blind in the living room was broken; we tried to fix it but did a poor job. The condo was well equipped and super clean. Amenities were excellent. Loved being near ice cream!

Very nice...

Easy check in, well equipped, nice, new furniture, equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, two sitting rooms plus outdoor deck. Location right in downtown Chatham, so easy access to restaurants. short walk to beach. Location a bit funky at top of nice street in the parking lot behind Main St. and above ice cream shop. But benefits of the location outlay the funkiness. Quiet in evening and night.

Coastal Cutie in Chatham

This is a lovely coastal condo just off Main Street in Chatham. It's very clean & comfortable. It's walkable to all the shops and restaurants in the area and the beach is close by too ! A true gem, I'll stay here again when I return to Chatham.

A nice launching spot

The overall property was nice. Several pros and cons. PROS: Check in was easy. You were given a code to enter the property. Finding the spot was fairly easy as it is located above the ice cream shop. The condo was super clean and tastefully decorated. It was a great size and the overall feel was relaxed. It matched the pictures to a T. The bed was super comfortable. It was nice having an air conditioner, although the windows were really nice to let in the fresh air. CONS: The code to get was a string of numbers and was cumbersome. The lock was a fickle and after entering only a few numbers it would blink red, no keys available. It would have been nice if they used a code with less numbers or even my personal phone number for the code. No local recommendations. We went right before the Cape opened for the season and it was tough finding anything open. it would have been nice to have a "try this spot its open all the time" kind of book or even an email. Check out is at 10. I will be honest, I received an email a week in advance offering late check out at an additional cost and I blew it off. On the day of my check out while I was pulling apart my bike and noticed time slipping away and was desperate for another hour to shower I asked and was told sorry that was a one time deal. Big bummer to leave that way so pulled everything and packed in the parking lot. No one showed while i was packing.Ice cream shop was doing work so a little loud in the evening, but not the usual case.

Relaxing and convenient

Stayed here for a friends wedding and loved the natural lit, well appointed apartment. The dedicated parking space was great, and close enough to walk to anything I needed over the duration of the stay. Very clean and well kept, would gladly stay again.

Convenient down-town location

The location is very convenient, just steps off Main Street in the center of town, although it is above an ice cream shop and overlooks a parking lot. It is less than a mile to Chatham Beach (Lighthouse Beach?) The property is roomy and modern and looks recently updated. It has everything you need for your stay. Communication from Vacasa was frequent although they were slow to respond when I had question and never really answered it. I would have preferred to communicate directly with the owner.

The condo was beautiful, in perfect repair, and nicely supplied for all needs. The bed and couches were comfortable, and the heating system (which is also AC in the summer) allowed the temperature to my liking. It is located within easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Main St and a convenience store. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Charming Condo In Great Location

My husband and I took a few days off to explore Chatham in the off season. The location of this condo was perfect; right in the middle of downtown; walking distance to restaurants and shops and had a private parking spot. It was on the second floor of a building with outside stair access which was fine for us. Inside there was plenty of room to stretch out with two living rooms with couches and a television with access to Netflix. The heating system was great on the chilly days with separate zones so that you could keep the bedroom at a cool temperature for sleeping and there was even a heater in the bathroom that you could set. Everything was very clean; we didn’t really need the kitchen because it was a short stay and we enjoyed the restaurants but it looked fully stocked and they had coffee for in the morning. It was easy to check in and check out and we would definitely stay again.

We could not enter the premises because the code we were given didn't work. The code to open the lock box was for the wrong lock box so that did not work neither. Once the property mgr arrived (promptly less than 30 minutes) the lights didn't work because a fuse had blown. Once we got all that squared away, our stay went very smooth. It is a beautiful condo in a good location. My two recommendations are that you provide more cable access and you print out a laminated sheet of paper for what is expected of occupants before they leave.

Terrific rental as long as you can deal with the downsides

We stayed in this condo over Labor Day Weekend (2023) and into the following week. We would definitely go back and rent this again, but you have to go into it knowing the potential downsides, and if they are going to bother you, look elsewhere. Pros: - EXTREMELY nice condo; everything is in tip-top shape, very clean, great appliances, very roomy, very comfortable, nice bed, comfortable furniture, nice bathroom/shower, great internet, convenient parking spot, everything works. I can't say enough good things about the condo itself - AMAZING location; you're right in the heart of Chatham, so we walked to all the best restaurants and shops in town; driving to the beach was a breeze; everything was incredibly convenient. Cons: - The big one: This condo is above an ice cream shop that stays open until 10pm most nights in the summer. This might not sound like much of a con, but every single time they open and close the freezer to get at the ice cream, there is a thud that makes the entire condo shudder, and especially the back bedroom. This continues until they finish cleaning up, which is often past 10:30pm. They provide a noise machine, but it's not just about noise -- it's about the constant banging and thuds that reverberate throughout the condo. They also cut off the TV remotely early, so sign out of your Netflix account the night before. OVERALL -- we loved it and would do it again, but just understand that if the banging and thudding is going to upset you, look elsewhere.

Amazing week in Chatham

Such a convenient location to town as well as the beaches. Quaint spot that had everything we needed for a week in Chatham. Beautifully decorated and was very clean upon arrival. Parking spot was helpful to have as well.

Great location makes this a good find

We have been visiting Chatham for decades and were happy to find this condo, situated over Emack & Bolio's Ice Cream shop in the center of Chatham. The condo is basically brand new with nice hard wood floors, high end finishes, granite counter tops, several slim line air conditioning units, and washer and dryer. This is an amazing (better) alternative to a hotel suite if you'd like the quiet/privacy and the added convenience of having your own kitchen. Now that both of our kids are in college, we found it the perfect getaway for the two of us. The only downsides I can think of: the noise from the ice cream shop can be heard during the afternoon and there really isn't a view. But, based on our experience, proximity to Main St. is far more important than either of these and for that this location can't be beat. Additionally, the ice cream shop opens later in the day and closes at a reasonable hour so we didn't really find noise to be an issue whatsoever...and, yes, the bonus is that it's a pretty quick trip if you want some great ice cream ;-). Bottom line: we're excited to have found this property and will definitely return.
