Horse riding, golf and bowling can be found close by. A trip to see the seals at the Farne Islands is a must from nearby Seahouses. Banburgh is 3 miles and Alnwick, famous for its castle used in Harry Potter and its water gardens is only 12 miles. Shop 600 yards, pub and restaurant 0.5 miles.
