Enjoy Downtown Chattanooga from a charming 2-bedroom retreat with beautiful Tennessee River views, free on-site parking and a walkable location near some of the city’s most popular attractions.

Located upstairs in a historic 1920s building, this private home combines original character with the comforts you need for an easy Chattanooga stay. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.

Relax in the comfortable living room, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy your morning coffee while taking in views toward the Tennessee River. The home also includes in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi and one free on-site parking space, a particularly convenient perk when staying downtown.

One of the best features of the property is its location. The Tennessee Riverwalk is directly across the street, and you can walk to Bluff View Art District, Walnut Street Bridge, UTC, restaurants, coffee shops and other downtown attractions. The Tennessee Aquarium and Chattanooga’s riverfront are also within walking distance.

The entire 2-bedroom, 1-bath home is private for your stay, with the exception of a locked housekeeping closet.

PLEASE NOTE

This is an upstairs unit and stairs are required to enter the home. The property is located in a historic multi-unit building near a downtown roadway, so some traffic and city noise may occasionally be heard.

The home offers views of the Tennessee River, but there is no direct river access from the property.

One free on-site parking space is included. Additional vehicles will need to use available public parking nearby.

The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. To help maintain a comfortable environment for everyone in the building, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

The flat was spacious and beautiful! Everything felt new and the view of the river was amazing! The location was perfect as it was only a short drive to everywhere we went to! The host was very friendly as well! We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

My best friends and I stayed here while on vacation. This was probably the nicest decorated STR I’ve stayed at. The apartment was perfect and so clean! And the location was set on a quiet street in historical Chattanooga and walkable to one of my fave coffee shops, Rembrandt’s. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us!

The 1920's condo was the perfect place to stay for our 8 night visit to Chattanooga. The parking and arrangements for unloading and loading near the door made for an easy arrival. The condo was very clean, spacious, nicely appointed and had a view of the TN River I was in awe of every day. The location on the Riverwalk couldn't have been better. We walked to Bluff View for breakfast and downtown to the aquarium, Imax, rock climbing center, and restaurants. The Walnut Street bridge was closed for renovations but when open again North Chattanooga will be easily available while getting your steps in. I would definitely stay here again.
