HORRIBLE hotel!! The room was DISGUSTING, there was literally brown/redish liquid splashed across the walls and bathroom, They have NEVER cleaned the walls or baseboards, and I would assume the floors/carpet. It was horrid. Hotels.com said it was pet friendly, which it was not. They wouldn't allow us to cancel, and wouldn't allow us to stay unless we paid an additional $250. It felt like extortion. I was disgusted even letting my little CLEAN dog walk on the floor. The front desk personnel were jerks to everyone, we had to watch their discourteous behavior for 4 people checking in while we waited in line. It was in a concrete jungle, valet only, no parking lot if you wanted easy access to your vehicle. No access except having the valet go get your car in a locked patron off-limits parking garage. I would NEVER recommend this hotel, I feel like I need a tetanus shot just staying in our room. SO SO SO gross. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!

Our stay was excellent. They put us in rooms next to each other which was great. We were on the floor for the pool and fire pit making it so easy with a toddler. The only ding was no valet service on Saturday morning when we needed our car. We had to go get it which was ok but it could have made us late for our time slot at ruby falls.
