Stayed for a couple of nights. Property was in great condition and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and maintained. Definitely recommend this property in Chattanooga
I have been a healthcare traveler since 2016 and have almost exclusively stayed at La Quinta Inn hotels. Dislocation, in downtown Chattanooga, is by far the cleanest, biggest rooms and friendliest staff we have encountered. When I asked about local places within walking distance to eat, the staff were able to give us many options to choose from.
We did not like the fact that we had to pay to park in the motel's parking lot. We did not know this until we were walking in and had already made reservations. This should be listed on your site when people make reservations.
Hotel and staff were great. Loved the breaksfast but not sure why they charged for valet parking. The lot is right in front of the hotel and small. Seems like a "gotcha" for guests. It smells in outside area and lots of people just hanging out of the streets.
First off having to pay to park in hotels on parking lot as a overnight guest is ridiculous, second as soon as you go in the foyer it smells so strong of BO which I'm assuming is from the valet you get up to the room the wall in the bathroom is delaminating and the whole room smells horrible. Asked for a refund because we don't want to stay here. Tried to charge me a nights stay.
The stay was neither particularly bad nor great. The website and app listed free parking, but upon arrival, we found there was a daily parking fee or difficult-to-find street parking. I had hoped for room service, but we didnât receive any during our entire stay. I wouldnât say I wouldnât recommend it, but I personally wouldnât choose to stay here again
