Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage. It's fine for you to go in there to play foosball but please don't leave the garage door open or the back door unlocked. No parking available inside garage.



The Neighborhood:

Southside Chattanooga is the best neighborhood for walking, fun, bars, parks, and is only a short walk or quick shuttle to the larger downtown area.



A couple blocks away from Estate of Confusion, Bluebird Row, Stir, the Flying Squirrel, The Comedy Catch, Neidlovs Bakery, the famous Crash Pad and the award wining Flying Squirrel Bar, and much much more.



Great home base location for major events like IronMan, Head of the Hooch, festivals and other local events.

Getting Around:

Located in the heart of downtown Southside Chattanooga, our home is steps away from the best restaurants and bars that the city has to offer. Safe and free parking for up to 3 cars, you can easily make your way everywhere on foot or get a fast and cheap Uber/Lyft/City Bike where ever you need to go.

FAQ:



"What kind of levels/stairs does the house have?"



• Stairs are required since home has two stories. Cardio makes us live longer, isn't it simply wonderful :) If you can't do stairs, don't book!



"Can I have more details on the home layout?"



• The home is two stories, you can park less than 20 feet from the front door.

• The first floor includes kitchen, dining room, living room (Large TV, wood burning fire), half bath, laundry room and indoor/outdoor game room (converted garage with foosball and billiards). 8-person U-shaped couch in living room sleeps 1-2 more <6'2" adults (not a pullout sofa).

• Second floor features 3 bedrooms: King, King, Queen. Bedroom 1 (King) is the primary suite with en-suite dual-sink, and the shower and closet are walk-ins (bathroom 1). Detached full bath (bathroom 2) with shower/tub combo located next to bedroom 2 (King) and bedroom 3 (Queen). TV's in each bedroom. Spacious balconies attached to each bedroom.



"Do you have parking?"



• Yes, we have free street parking located right out front with additional parking anywhere on our street.



"Are you near a train?"



• Like many Downtown homes, there is an active train line nearby. Most guests are not bothered, and we provide white noise machines and complimentary earplugs in each bedroom, just in case.



HOUSE RULES:



• There is a Pet Fee of $40 per pet per night — pet approval required in advance (<25 lbs preferred, DM us to ask for exceptions)

• No persons allowed on property who are not accounted for in reservation.

• No smoking anywhere on property.

• No unauthorized parties at our property. This will result in immediate eviction and $1,000 minimum fine.
