Enjoy a king bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a queen sofa-sleeper and Murphy bed in the spacious living room. 

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather. 

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

We had a wonderful time in Lake Chelan at the Grandview. We loved sitting on the dock, going in the hot tub and biking around town.

Nice place to vacation

I would stay again. Condo was very nice. I was disappointed with the check in process however, very unprofessional and lacking knowledge. Not at all accommodating when it came to parking issues. Lots of additional parking spaces Sunday night, and would not extend an additional pass from sun down till check out the following morning. It was very frustrating when we could clearly see there was ample spaces available to park after hours.

This property is great! It was stocked with everything we would need. Beds are comfortable. The view was amazing!! Such a great place to stay and we will definitely be making this a yearly tradition!
