Situated in a historic wool market town surrounded by glorious rolling countryside, Hawthorne Cottage is a large 4-bedroom cottage that offers the perfect base for exploring the Cotswolds. With its spacious living area, bedrooms and garden, there is plenty of space for large families or groups to gather and enjoy their time together in this beautiful part of the country.

Upstairs, four impeccable bedrooms act as serene havens for a restful night’s sleep after busy days exploring. With a mixture of super-king, king and twin, two with en suites, Hawthorne offers flexible sleeping arrangements with plenty of privacy for guests.

Immaculately styled and furnished, the open-plan kitchen with living and dining area offers a fantastic space for preparing and sharing meals together. The dining table is perfect for hearty breakfasts or indulgent dinners. Throw open the sliding doors to the garden to create a fantastic indoor-outdoor space for socialising. Cooler evenings can be spent on the sumptuous sofas playing games with the crackling log burner in the background.

On a summer’s evening enjoy a family BBQ feast on the dining terrace while the children and dogs run and play freely in the large, enclosed garden. Idyllic rolling hills and meadows surround the cottage, inviting long country walks.

This impressive open plan space offers a place to dine, relax and whip up meals to enjoy as a family or group. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table seating 8. Spend evenings on the large corner sofa with a fire in the log burner or on summer evenings open the bi-fold doors to allow the outdoors in.

First Floor

Bedroom One:
This beautiful and bright master bedroom is a sanctuary of light and comfort with super-king-size bed and spacious en suite bathroom.

En Suite:
Bedroom one’s en suite is equally as calming, with a walk-in shower and heated flooring and towel rail. The room also features a WC and basin.

Bedroom Two:
The second bedroom is just as tranquil with a super-king-size bed and decorated with neutral tones.

En Suite:
Bedroom two’s en suite bathroom has underfloor heating for ultimate cosiness and features both a walk-in shower and a bath just ready to be filled with bubbles. The room has a WC and basin.

This room features calming décor and beautiful linens on a king-size bed ideal for drifting off into a peaceful sleep.

Bedroom Four:
This pretty, twin bedroom allows flexibility to the sleeping arrangements. The room is in the same elegant, neutral style, ensuring the whole group can have a restful sleep ready for a day of rural exploration.

Bathroom:
The large bathroom is easily accessible from both bedroom 3 and 4. The light filled neutral decorated space features a bath, basin and WC.

Outside
This spacious garden is a great space to let time slow down and spend time together. Fully enclosed, children and furry friends can run and play freely while the adults relax on the terrace. Enjoy al fresco dinners and barbecues on the dining table that seats 8. From your doorstep you have plenty of opportunity for country walks on footpaths that lead through stunning meadows with views of cows and sheep grazing gently on the hills.
