Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Not as advertised

First of all, none of the staff can speak English. Only the manager could speak a little bit of English. The ad says that there is shuttle from the hotel to the airport but not true. The room is very dark and not well -maintained. Please stay away from this hotel if you cant speak Chinese
