We loved the stay at "Holiday Inn Express" at Cherokee, NC. The staf and the morning food staff are amazing very helpful and friendly/polite. The parking was great for the days we stayed there and we're looking forward to the next trip back there again. Semper Fi... CDM

The staff made e feel like I was at home. Always greeting me when they saw me. Always asking was there anything they could do to make my stay better. loved 317 King suite and everything about it except the bed. The mattress is pretty worn which gives me hip pain within just a couple hours. It was very nice to be a walk away from the event center for an amazing concert

The room smelled and was extremely humid. The bathroom and tub floor made you feel as if you were going to fall thru. We checked in late as we live 3 hours away and within an hour and a half chose to drive home

Be more considerate, if its your fault.

I was very disappointed that I had to wait 1hour and 30 minutes for the 3pm check-in. They did not accommodate me with anything to address their shortcoming.
