This cabin is the perfect base camp for exploring Lassen National Park, just 31 miles away, or utilize the many amenities of Lake Almanor West Community Club. These include a recreation area with bathrooms, basketball, bocce ball, beach, and playground for the kids. Launch your lake toys from a private boat launch, or spend the day playing golf, tennis or pickle ball. A wood burning stove and beautiful knotty pine accents create that perfect mountain cabin feel. Our stay was amazing. The house is beautiful and in a great location. True Mountain Therapy!!The home is well stocked, extremely clean and they added little touches, like waters by the bed, a spare toothbrush and toothpaste, snacks and a fully stocked coffee bar. There was a small detergent by the washer and dryer which was helpful. No shortage of TP, Paper Towels, Garbage bags, Dishwasher Detergent, etc. The beach and swimming area are located just down the street. This was perfect, as Rob with Almanor Fishing Adventures picked us up for our fishing trip right from the dock. Aaron was communicative and helpful. We very much enjoyed our week exploring the area and fishing. Holiday Market and gas station, wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, gift stores, fishing and outdoor stores, all a short drive into town. Burney Falls was a beautiful drive from the house, about 1.5 hrs.We look forward to coming back soon, hoping to see you in the Spring!! Thank you both for a wonderful stay.

Property as described. Very clean and well supplied with everything needed for a stay. Just bring clothes, food and ice(or icemaker like we did). Nearest store was about 15 mins away. Loved it, will be back next year.

This property is amazing. My family got together for my brothers 70th birthday and we were 7 family members all together. Everyone had a room and my granddaughter had the pull out bed in the living room. We had a BBQ each night and the back patio was beautiful to talk and gather. I highly recommend, and the host was very accommodating.

We really enjoyed the spacious house, especially the several outdoor decks. However, we didn't realize that the house was located so close to the burned down area which looks so devastated.We found some very sweet areas to go swimming but definitely needed to drive to reach them.

Very nice home

The owner had little things to make sure we had a nice time. Beach towels, the kids enjoyed making s’mores they provided. And being dog friendly meant a lot to all of us.

Cute, clean and cozy!

We had a delightful time in this home!! We were greeted by a wonderful basket of goodies, slept in comfy beds and enjoyed the small touches of hospitality throughout the bedrooms/bathrooms. Everything was super clean with new flooring throughout !! We enjoyed sitting outside under the pines while our pup could wander around wherever she wanted in the large fenced backyard. We will definitely return!! A five star place for sure!!

Lake Almanor and Lassen Volcanic National Park

This is a perfect place to enjoy beautiful Lake Almanor and Lassen Volcanic National Park. The house is lovely, well maintained and provides for a great getaway. We will most definitely stay here again.
