Welcome to your perfect four-season getaway! Nestled on 10+ peaceful, private acres, our spacious ski house offers the ideal retreat for adventure seekers, nature lovers, and families looking to unwind in the mountains.

Spend your days carving powder, exploring the VAST system, hiking trails, water falls, antiquing, etc; then unwind in our spacious hot tub under a million stars. Hot tub is operational year round.

Primary Suite with King size bed, jetted tub, bidet toilet seat, and stall shower.

South Bedroom with 1 twin over full (double) bunk bed

Standby Generator so you will never be without power

Level 2 EV charging option available for an additional fee (J1772). Charger located inside detached garage so we will need prior notice to make it available.

The property is level and has a circular level driveway. It is located on an unpaved road so 4 wheel drive or snow tires in the winter are a must. We are located less than .5 a mile off of the VAST trail system and are an ideal location for snow mobilers.

The unfinished basement and detached garage are not included in the rental and are locked off from guest access.

Heat is in floor radiant, so we do not recommend lowering the heat during your stay. We will pre-heat the home for you so that you are comfortable when you arrive. Each bedroom has its own thermostat and will be set to 65 upon your arrival. The living room heat is controlled remotely. It will be set to 68. Please let us know if you need us to raise it or lower it.

2 TCL Roku Tv's (in Primary bedroom and Living room). We are happy to drop off a DVD player and DVD's if you do not have streaming accounts.

We respect guest right to privacy but it needs to be balanced with the safety and security of our home.
Ring cameras are on site. They record both video and audio and cover most of the driveway, most entry doors, side and rear yard, rear deck. The rear deck camera is aimed in the direction of the hot tub to cover the deck door and windows and does cover a portion of the hot tub (the entry to the hot tub is through the sunroom door which does not have a camera). This rear porch camera can be turned off during your stay at your request.
