The room was comfortable. The pool was excellent but the jets in the hot tub did not work well. My only complaint was that I was charged for one night after already paying for the two nights in full through Expedia. I had to contact Expedia and the hotel to address the issue of double paying. The hotel should have contacted Expedia prior to charging my Credit Card to resolve what ever issues they had because they knew the booking was paid in full through Expedia So now I am waiting for the refund to my charge card.

The reason I picked this property and paid more for it than I had to is because it had a hot tub and pull. However when I get there the hots of them pool is closed. And it was just way too far out of Cheyenne for me to stay again

The only complaint was that the last night we stayed here, a very rude person took up 5 parking spaces, instead of using the lot for that purpose. Everything else was very nice.

Came to Cheyenne for Frontier Rodeo Days. This BW is a few miles east of the fairgrounds, on I80 (about 10 minutes to downtown and 15 to rodeo park and ride). The front desk staff was out standing.

There is everything great to say about this hotel. We stayed here during Cheyenne Frontier Days. We were extremely happy they offered shuttle service to and from the park. Jill our driver was considerate making sure her guest were all accounted for before leaving hotel/park. Also enjoyed happy hour with light hors d’oeuvres and beverages!!!! We will definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!!
